Biography: Amanda played the title roles in the West End production of Gigi and the Greenwich production of Mary Rose. Other leading roles include Cathy in Wuthering Heights, Hortense in Hold on Hortense, and Bette in Conversations with George Sandburgh all at the Croydon Warehouse Theatre. She appeared in an Ideal Husband and Getting Married at the Chichester Festival theatre and performed in Little Tree, The Bench and Bye Bye Blues at the Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond. She has twice played Ophelia in world tours of Hamlet and opened Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre performing Juliet and Celia and Nerissa.
Television work includes: The Father, A Month in the Country, Shades of Darkness and episodes of Sherlock Holmes, All Creatures Great and Small, Casualty, Clarissa, Ruth Rendell and Outside Edge.
Film work includes playing the princess in Princess and the Pea.
Amanda is artistic director of Walk Our Talk Productions. Her entertainments of words and music have been performed in the worldwide. She is currently working on a new production; Around The World In Eighty Minutes.
