Biography: Philip Mountford studied piano with Marlene Fleet before gaining a place at Trinity College of Music, London, where he completed his degree and post graduate diploma.
Philip has wide experience of performing both as soloist and ensemble pianist.
He has appeared regularly as pianist for Sir John Mortimer’s ‘Mortimer’s Miscellany’, as well as for other anthologies of poetry, prose and music with Virginia McKenna, Edward Fox, Anton Rodgers and the late Dame Dorothy Tutin.
Philip has also appeared as pianist for ‘Sian Phillips in Cabaret’
