Biography: Prue Leith is famous for her wide ranging impact on cookery in Britain both inside and outside the home.
In 1969 Leith opened the Michelin starred 'Leiths' which was followed in 1975 by the opening of the prestigious 'Leith's School of Food and Wine. As well as writing the kitchen bookshelf staple, 'Leith's Cookery Bible', Prue has also published three novels.
