"Sophistication triumphs, vibrant, intelligent, a wicked sense of humour...a voice with the throb of a mandolin. Take the nearest taxi and experience her fast, you will not see anything like her anytime soon". Rex Reed, the New York Observer.

The London Times Review Jan 2011

Cosmopolitan, droll and sometimes self-mocking, her collection of songs and backstage anecdotes created an enticing cocktail of pathos and humour. She commands the stage from the moment that she makes her entrance with her pianist and musical director Kevin Amos. The combination of Amos’s understated arrangements and her stately, recitative-like phrasing carries her through. Every song becomes an intensely personal statement.

An intimate evening of songs and humour; sharing recollections of personal encounters with artists from Marlene to Noėl Coward. Music ranging from Cole Porter to Sondheim.

Duration 1 hour 20 mins (no interval) or 2 hour evening with 20 minute interval. Also shorter options to suit any event.
